Dustin Krcatovich is a graphic designer, illustrator, music maker, DJ, and former music, film, and culture writer. He is based in Ypsilanti, Michigan as of this writing, but if you’re reading this after May 2026, he is either a) currently based in Portland, Oregon, or b) dead. Either situation is hectic enough to justify a delay in updating the website.
Dustin is probably most well-known for his new age kosmischemusik project Golden Feelings, and for writing a viral article for Esquire in 2016 about how the time Fabio got smashed in the face with a goose at Busch Gardens was the indirect catalyst for the ‘Dad Bod’ trend. Reportedly, some of his other writing for Esquire once deeply offended a member of the Squirrel Nut Zippers, but it appears that that article has since been scrubbed from the internet.
Dustin is available to DJ bars and special events, create ambient “sonic spaces”, and design and print gig posters. You can contact him here.
